WORK EXPERIENCE 1998 – Oct.2005 TAI TURKISH AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES INC. ANKARA TAI is a Turkish-American joint-stock company.The primary objective of the company is to co produce F-16 AIRCRAFT for Turkish Air Force as well as to modernize such aircraft and to manufacture Aft Fuselages, Center Fuselages & Wings for the USA Air Force. The other objectives : co produce LIGHT TRANSPORT ( CASA CN235) & TRAINER aircraft for TUAF & other countries. More than 2000 people are employed Senior Structural Design Engineer in Design & Development Dept. Ø Responsible for the placement of different types of Radar Antennas, installation of Flight Test Equipments and installation of Mission Computer (Modernization of Sikorsky Black Hawk Helicopters)(UG NX 1.0.1.2 & NX 2.0.4.2 ). Ø Designed the Emergency Exit Door & Lower Frame of A400M for M4 period ( CATIA V4 and CATIA V5 ) Ø Participated conceptual design period of Forward Center Fuselage ,Emergency Exit Doors & Paratroop Door of A400M ( CATIA V4 ) Ø Responsible for the management of structural design and analysis group of AGRICULTURAL AIRCRAFT TEAM ( 20 engineers ). Ø Designed the Door of AGRICULTURAL AIRCRAFT ( UNIGRAPHICS V14 ) Ø Preparation of Design Manuals for the design group Ø Design of Center Fuselage of Space Allocation Mockup of A400M ( FUTURE LARGE AIRCRAFT ) at DASA-BREMEN-GERMANY ( CADDS 5 )
1990 - 1998 TAI Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. ANKARA Senior CNC Engineer / Programmer in Production Planning & Control Dept. Ø CNC programming of bulkheads and wing parts of F16 aircraft by using APT for 3-4-5 axis NC profilers and machining centers. Ø CNC programming of bulkheads and wing parts of CASA CN235 aircraft by using APT and CATIA ( CAM Module-V3.5.1 ) for 3-4-5axis NC profilers and machining centers.
1986 - 1989 ASELSAN Military Electronics Industries Inc. ANKARA ASELSAN is the main producer of military electronic equipments for Turkish Army. More than 3000 people are employed.
